Information about Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these have been delivered together;

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods under one order and these have been delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done by email: info@lovialondon.com.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • we have received the returned goods, or

  • you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods,

whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us or hand them over without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

  • for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a limited shelf life;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on fluctuations in the market;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

  • for the supply of audio or video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
